BioFred is the son of Greg, the former leader of the Lokopala who passed away due to circumstances currently unknown to him. He is now under the care of Roland, the current Lokapala leader. Their relationship is less than pleasant and is even more complicated.
To escape the reality of misery in Old Portland and to keep his mind off his troubles, Fred enjoys hanging out with the other children in the city, exploring the off-limit areas of the Underground, and reading old comic books.
